Cancellations & No Shows

Since your service is reserved specifically for you, I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Depending on the service, typically I book up a few weeks in advance. When an appointment is missed or simply forgotten, the opportunity to fill that spot is missed.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice is subject to 50% charge. Any appointment canceled with less than 5 hours notice is considered a no show and subject to a 100% charge.

Late Arrival

If you think you might be late to your appointment, please try to give as much notice as possible by calling 253-826-5556. Depending on time, your service could be cut down to an abbreviated version to avoid delays to following guests and will be charged full amount.

Gift Cards

​

All gift card and gift certificate sales are final. If you received a gift card/certificate for a service you don't want or can't receive, no biggie! The original amount of said gift card/cert. can be applied to any other service or even product!
